One week into flower

Wondering how big these buds are going to get.. got my HPS still waiting on a ballast.


Current set up. these plants don't have much of an odour. exhausting to ceiling cavity..



This is my ideal room set up, each tent will have a carbon filter and exhaust to another room in the house. Air enters the room and tents via under the door.

What type of ventilation you going to run with those two 600 I run them now in the same space 8x4 and canopey tops run around 85 degrees and that's only with 2 ft slope in the ducting at four ft drop it raise around 2-3 degrees and that's a 6 inline fan pulling air threw them with no scrubber if you add a scrubber I would imagine you would need a 8" inline without Ac looking good tho

Cheers man yeah I am thinking one 8" carbon filter per flower tent then 10 or 12 inch duct per tent ---> 15 meters to the other end of the house near the A/C.

How many plants will you be planing to keep in veg?

They'll probably not start smelling pungent until mid-late flower, but if it's going to the attic and you don't really have close tenants to worry about I wouldn't worry about scrubber.

I live in an apartment and I vent into the wall, the plants smell exactly like strawberries so I didn't bother with a scrubber, haven't heard anyone say anything lol but nor do I smell anything outside the closet.

I like your diagram and can't wait to see the progression!

My diagram was maybe a bit misleading, everything is to scale and the "VEG" tent is actually 4x mother plants. Cuttings will be taken and placed into aerocloner. They will then go to flower tent for a few weeks VEG, and then switched to 12/12. Strawberries hey, how does that smoke turn out? Sounds awesome!

Lil airy because of the low wat lights I was using but maaaaan they compare hat strain to Viagra and damn it's away better, works for either gender and no boner headaches haha

bottom leaves dying, think its nute burn

looking good cant wait to see them fill in

so my PH is dropping fast... from 6 to 5 in a few hours. drinking fast too though so when I top up it brings the PH back up. EC is abut 0.6, seems to be where the plant likes it .

Plants not looking so healthy and still about 4 weeks to go
looks like multiple lock out or deficiency

the max EC went up to 1.2
but 0.6 seems to be safe for the plant
am i doing some thing wrong
not enough nutes
not enough cal /mag
so much going on now it gets confusing

the temps are 28 deg celcius
humidity about 40%

just having a look to notice all the big fan leaves are considerably yellower than 2 days ago also purple stems

Hoe much calmag are you giving them also what nutes are you using again?

i used half the recommended dose of "bloom cal mag" 1/2 mL per Liter and the nutes I am using are "Dutch Fest HydroBloom" it's made in Australia .. about 1mL per liter of this (which is quarter recommended on bottle) makes up the EC about 0.6-0.8 any thing more & the plants don't respond well

The A+B NPK is 4-4-11.5
Ca 3.0%
Mg 1.2%

the bloom calmag NPK is 5.2-0-0
Ca 5%
Mg 1.4%

Every time I check the RES the EC seems to be lower.... Starts off at 6.. lowers to 5.5 ... then 5.. I raise nutrients to 6.5EC, it lowers to 6, 5.5 .. I raise nutrients to 7 EC, check back a few hours later and it's on the way down. All while the water level is staying quite constant/ slightly lowering as expected. The PH level is staying around 5.7-6.

From this It seems to me that the plant requires more nutes, but a feeling tells me that I am over doing it.. a little confused , here's a most recent pic

the buds are not looking huge for the amount of plant and size of root :s

They look pretty good, it doesn't seem your tip burn has progressed so I would think you're doing pretty good. How far along are your plants in their flower cycle?

thanks for the reply! I was just reading the bottle of calmag again and maybe I was over doing it, has a lot of N and might explain the more recent clawing of the tips.
