I have a crowd sourced copy of a petition to remove the 25 mile rule. If you care about this go to Hydrobreed.com and add in your two cents. Hopefully together we can raise that "buck-o-five" that it's gonna cost to cover the tabs for freedom. I am going to be contacting local news agencies to hopefully get some media. I just hope Bill and AZCS has the compassion to help patients when we really need it the most. Fuck OWS! I'll be protesting to keep choices for mmj in AZ. Dispensaries are okay for what they do... But know it's time to all come together and fight this. To those who lack resources, like me; We are stronger together than ever apart we are all united as one and divided by none. Do not tire, do not faint, do not falter, do not waiver. Stay resolved to see this out to the end because it is what is right and fair. To all Dispensary owners; You are the lords of this 'fiefdom' however your nobility will only be apparent on how you treat us 'serfs'. If you do all to elevate those below you to your level; they will in turn elevate you for the honorable deeds you have done.

What has a dispensary owner ever done? They are no different then a used car dealer. Every last one is just in it for the money. Fuck them they want to steal your right to grow, so they can charge you 300 bucks an ounce why would you want that? They do nothing for you except let you be a lazy fuck. They will sell you meds of fair to high quality, but charge you through your ass and make you beholden to them. Oh wait, sorry your right, we are their serfs if you let them be that way

Are you a fucking moron or what Mursh? To say dispensary owners are the fucking lords of us. What the fuck is your problem you ridiculous piece of ignorant shit? Who the fuck are you? I guess Safeway is my lord because I shop there. What the fuck are you trying to say you?
i think this is what he might of been trying to say, mursh forgive me if i am wrong here.

safeway would infact be your lord (finacially)because in this example you are now no longer allowed to grow your own vegetables legally. if you want to eat, you cannot supply yourself, you must shop at any one of the 126 conviently located safeways around that your govt decided who would own( an entire problem in itself). the prices charged there will be 20x what it cost you to produce the same food.
the prices charged will be determined by what;......... certainly not competition.

this is bad for the MMJ patient. the only way this law is not a money grab by the owners of the dispensaries( at the cost of the MMJ patient) is if the patient has the CHOICE to grow their own, or to pay whatever the going rate is.

this really is about freedoms, choices, and the american way.

otherwise it seems like its communist russia, and you must stand in the bread line for your scraps for the day. anyone caught eating anything else goes to the gulag.

with only 16,000 patients so far, and those patients relying on the clarity of public opinion we are not in a good postion.
how many times do you watch the news and see something that happened to someone due to a (bad ) law and thought, "that sucks" but its not directly affecting me so who cares, and you go back about your day.

the 25 mile rule as it stands, with patients not having the FREEDOM OF CHOICE this law is clearly about some people making (lots) of $ at the expense of others.

I did not read the law in its entirety before the vote, and i know that the majority of voters did not either. this law seems to be more about the business owners interests than the consumers interest.

maybe that will help you understand what will happen and why its not good for anyone other than 126 dispensary owners who will all be saying they dont make any $ in this business, that they are only in it to HELP us.

this is the big lie, since if they were about helping patients, they would be they ones united to give patients the choice to buy or grow. my bet is that of the 126 (future) dispensary owners that most if not all of them had something to do with the writing of this law. that in itself should be challanged as illegal, rather than the BS of what brewer challanged about the law.

this law is about nothing more than money, who will make it, and whose will be taken from them.

Exactly, the dispensaries are there to SERVE themselves. May they fail to bring the change that is right.

Now is the time to go to your city council meeting and tell them that you don't want dispensaries in your town. If some lowlife trys to open one then we need to get them shut down for any violation. The people that operate dispensaries are mostly a bunch of thugs. I've been to a bunch in Cali, and everytime the employees look like gangbangers. Patients can supply other patients or their care givers with their first seeds and clones. Then they can perpetuate it from there.

What happens if you physically cannot make it to a dispensary because it is 25 miles away! How are all the cardholders who have mobility impairments expected to get there? How am I, without any vehicle supposed to travel that far? What happens if you are not allowed in a dispensary, because the owners have a personal beef with you for wanting to set them up to fail? What if the prices just suck? What quality controls are in place to make sure that you aren't going to be purchasing medicine that is grown with fertilizers only meant for ornamentals?

I highly reccomend boycotting any one that opens.

The state looked at How much in Taxes collected, license revenue & fees they would receive and didn't care about passing a law that would create a monopoly in the MMJ industry.

Thats why I always bought the Park Place & Board Walk right away - Eventually someone will land on your property and get Shat on!

Time to drag AMMA to jail and NOT collect $200 for passing GO (Prop203)

-Monopoly

What would you suggest? I don't have enough cash on hand to pay the level of bribes that Jan Brewer and her crooked cronies demand. Other then that what can a little guy do? Arpaio is still in office, and he has been proven to be violating everyones rights. If the AZ government wasn't corrupt why is he still in power? The state is so corrupt, that Sarah Palin chose to move here, now that's bad! McCain wrote that section of the 2012 Defense Bill which authorizes the military to detain and torture any American it wants, on American soil, without cause or suspicion, how do you get that worthless excuse for a human, to change his mind? Hell has got a special place for that old bastard. Nothing is going to change in Az. this place is just scary! I am surprised that Brewer didn't nix the whole medical thing, for the third time.

Very surprised she didnt shit on the whole bill. Brewers biggest lobbyists are the Private Prisons man you know she would get kick backs galore by sending MJ users to prison.

I would say you are not educated enough on az politics and what not!! But that is not the point nor should we waste time talking about it! But you do know your shit man!

All Arizona MMJ patients that have interests in having rights when it comes to thier medical needs; need to come together and protest, rally, whatever will get the ball rolling. I have heard alot of Talking with NO walking!

I can honestly say... I have heard you say more important and critical points than half of the MMJ community now! And you are not from AZ.. You understand HOW big the monopoly is compared to cali... Me too recently! I was moving to Cali right before Prop 203 passed... I never thought it would pass... But it did!

What does that MEAN? I don't know. But it will take more than what has been happening lately...

I don't personally have the time to pursue this directly, but we will stand behind & help advertise/spread the word.

I think I may even know of a legal advocate who would be willing to assist with drafting the paperwork, probably for nothing but meds.

Now that would be awesome AZCS. You guys are still going to be able to make bank selling clones and seeds, and could set up a Phoenixsterdam University or something, and charge for grow classes. It would help us all to get rid of the 25 mile rule.

Let the dispensaries stay just get rid of the 25 mile rule. There are some people who can afford the 400 dollar an ounce price, but there are some who can not.
