Did I overwater these seedlings?

I transplanted these seedlings a four to five days ago and they're not looking good. They were nicely rooted in rockwool and I put them in 5"x5" pots with Sunlight (peat/perlite) mix. I then watered them heavily with plain water to the point of run off.

Since then the top leaves have been droopy and I'm noticing some yellowing leaves (middle and lower). I also found some powdery mildew this morning and cut off any leaves with it and sprayed them with Serenade (humidity has been in the 40's, highest was 52%).

I've got them under T5's and wonder if the light is too intense even at 12 inches away. The soil is still very moist so I don't want to water them with a mild nutrient solution.

What do you guys think, water stress, light stress?

When I transplant I use my 10-52-10 seedling nutes...your plants need P to root into the new soil, perlite/peat is a neutral mix(no NPK in it), u need to add nutes.

oh, and its water stress + nitrogen def, probably washed all the N out when u watered with plain water after the transplant

In these pics are:
-3ft tall Nirvana Masterkush Mother in Bloom (cut off all bottom branches and cloned them)
-5x Nirvana Masterkush Clones (Uncle Bens topping technique for 4 main heads)

These are all 2 DAYS AFTER TRANSPLANT (I transplanted the 3 footer too...it was in a 1.5gal pot before lol, had a friend help me.
the clones were transplanted from 6" pots to the next size up (3gal next)

I agree with noobgrower, And also you could prolly lower the light a little, maybe 4 or 5 inches

I would just use normal vegging nutes, maybe with a little root hormone to start with

i edited my post, see the pics above, Veg nutes will make the plant grow ABOVE the surface of the soil...if you want root growth you go with high P for a week or so

what is does is it makes the plant SEARCH FOR NITROGEN...hence growing roots, if u give it all the nitrogen it needs where its at right now it wont bother rooting, then ur screwed. and P is used to manufacture the rooot mass

Thanks for all the advice. I figured plain water would be fine for the first feeding because there's supposed to be a small amount of nutes already in the soil

Sunshine Mix #4
...this popular growing mix has a highly soluble nutrient charge equivalent to about one liquid feeding with a complete fertilizer, plus trace elements at a normal rate.

I don't know what's going on here but I'll hit them up with some bloom nutes and repost in a bit with the results.

It's been exactly one week and I wanted to circle back with the happy ending. It turns out nutes were just what the doctor ordered. Even with the over watering they've grown a lot and are looking very healthy. I've alternated between all purpose (20-20-20) and bloom nutes (10-30-20).
