Plants will stress and show signs if they are root bound.
I just transplanted my plant because I didn't want her to be root bound. Do as soon as possible.

After a stressful few days of getting money together, and waiting for the hydro store to open I finally transplanted! If I had waited another day or maybe even another 12 hours I don't think they would've made it...
The single finger leaves at the bottom all went yellow, and the plant burnt up easy under the light. But the new growth today has made me optimistic, if anything i'll have to veg another week for the plants to recover and get back on track.
Questions will I need bigger pots, I'm using 3 gallons?
Are my plants screwed?

Just let em grow and watch the heat at canopy. Keep under 82 degrees if possible.
You prob had your roots getting bound. Was the entire pot basically covered in white roots with barely any soil showing?
Your plants are not screwed. As long as there is green on the leaves, the plant will continue to grow.
Are you still on 18/6?

Also, if there is a problem with a plant, be sure to take a pic under a flourescent light so I can see the color.

Does your soil contain nutes? If not I would suggest introducing nutrients.

the general rule for pots, is a gallon per month of growth. Can vary by a week or so.
Like my mazar had to be up potted at 25 days from 1 gallon.

5 ml = 1 tsp approx.
your plants are begging for nutrients. I would use 1/4 tsp per gallon and use that every time you water for the next couple weeks until they start asking for a stronger dose.
Give them nutrients now.
With 3 gallon pots you shouldn't have to water again for 5days about. Use the finger test. Second knuckle.

Some people give nute, water, water.
I prefer to use a smaller dosage and just mix every watering. So I don't have to remember which one I left off on.
1/4 tsp a gallon every watering will be safe. Just don't over water =)

If you aren't going to up pot again, I would flip to flower at 4-5 weeks veg.
other then that everything is good, I think in a couple of week they are gonna be pretty big ( correct me if i'm wrong).
