Plants are of two different varieties when it comes to THC production. pure CBD, mixed CBD-THC, and pure THC. I can test for these genes. Here is a paper that discusses this.

You don't want pure CBD, you want either mixed CBD-THC, or pure THC. The pure CBD will severely limit your THC production where the latter greatly increase the production. I'm working on identifying if you can increase the copy # of the genes that guide these metabolic determinations.

I need to learn how to use the albums, I've only been using my gallery, and I don't know how to divide that up into albums.

Here's a question that popped into my head, and you may have answered in on the previous page -- how does one avoid tissue degradation while in transit, or is that even an issue?

To avoid tissue degradation the majority of the air should be removed from the sample bag. I have let tissue sit in the bag for upto 48 hrs prior to extracting DNA and haven't had a problem. The biggest concern is dehydration. And while this isn't likely to affect the quality of the DNA extracted it potentially will affect the quantity of DNA extracted from the tissue. So reducing the air will reduce the degree of dehydration and in this way there shouldn't be any issues. Regardless as long as some DNA can be recovered the analysis will go fine.

I dont get it , i can grow a seeedling 12/12 from the start and it will show sex in a couple of weeks , why would i pay for someone to tell me that ? youd have to be mad to grow from seed permantly anyway , when you can just clone a female .
and to be honest that 10 dollar or pound or whatever would be better spent on more seeds if growing from seed is your thing .
would you seriousley go to all the effort of posting a sample off to get a letter back saying your seedling is a male ? wtf ill just wait a couple of weeks and see for myself lol

the guys claiming he has the information for genetic markers in canabis worth millions of dollars and he just wants ten bucks cash to do the procedure for you, but hes not gonna sell it..
