Your effective rate is ALWAYS calculated AFTER your return, that's what makes it an effective tax rate, but I'll bet you knew that all along too because you're an expert on every subject!
I've never given anyone a hard time for not knowing the difference between an effective and marginal tax rate, in fact it is very common. But for a guy who is a big mouth know it all who tells me I'm stupid and I don't know what I'm talking about, I'll set the record straight.

you can say "that is a four word sentence" or ""those are four words", but you can't say that "is" plural words.
it would be the same as saying "my dogs is..."
but how can i blame a southerner like yourself for not knowing this? it just casts doubt on your claim of working with nobel prize winners though.

Sorry but I disagree, I've never seen green leaves turn brown after being trimmed, not once.
A couple of the guys I use to trim always save the trimming to make hash, a lot of times the spend 5-6 days trimming and the leaves are still green bro, I know because I help load it in the garbage bags.
If what you say is true, buds would also turn brown in relatively the same time frame.
I'm not saying that in time they don't turn a brown color, but we are talking about in the time you are trimming.

Did you notice I was referring to fan leaves? Ie. the only leaves a plant will actually drop prematurely.
