Deformed leaves on 3 week old Reserva Privada Sour Kush Feminised Seed

I ordered some seeds from Herbies for the first time and received a free Sour Kush seed. She popped up quick and started growing beautifully. But since her first leaf growth, she has some deformed leaves on each node. She is under T5-CFL's and I am giving her no nutes at this time. She is in 80 degrees, 15% humidity, not over watered and the PH is 6.5 in soil.
Am I just being over sensitive? I did read when they grow at a very fast rate, they sometimes grow a little weird??? The seconds picture shows two normal leaves, but the third leaf is tiny and twisted and never filled out.

I wouldn't worry too much if everything else is spot-on. I have a few oddities on a Power Kush and Strawberry Blue, but I don't think it's affecting them negatively. Unless they're twisting (root problem)
