Dude no....... Does that even look right to you? Because your before pics looked like a beautiful plant. And your after pic looks like hell...... How could a good gardener go that route?

Aaaaaand the Strawberry Cough???

More leaves than before, shorter than it would have been without defoliation.

I will now leave it for a few days whilst it's on plain water with just carbs, vits & aminos . . . . . (W8/Bud Candy/Hesi SVit)

Looks like a touch of Fe might be in order . . . . .

Shall we see what happens?? Well yeaah, for sure . . . . . . .

Ain't no gardner bro . . . . I'm an indoor Cannabis Horticulturalist with a passion for the extreme . . . . . and maybe, who knows, one day, advance our human / plant relationship, just that little bit further!!

Buckle up, if this made you wine, you'll be balling in a month!!! lmfao :)

Ooooooh Mongo, it's you . . . . . . sorry I didn't look right . . .

@Darth Vapour

Yup, indeed the Strawberry Cough is flying through water still . . . . BUT, I will agree with you now.

The control in my defol. experiment is just starting to devour more fluid n feed than the test subjects ;)

i am pretty sure your soils are staying wet longeractually i am 100 percent possitive

The control looks healthier to me. Maybe we are looking at different things though. Are these flowering right now? I missed that part. I am curious to see the final weight on these plants. I have never gone to this extreme but I do a clean up of shitty spindly branches before flipping to flower. I wouldn't call what I do defoliation though more of a haircut.

Also, on a side note. You can create a shit ton of tops without defol. i.e. LST, Super Cropping, Topping, FIM, SCROG, etc. None of which require you to remove half of your healthy leaves.

I like I like ! I experimented on barneys farm Liberty haze with great success . I do believe that defoliation is strain dependant . Controlled defoliation is great as I like to work from the top down ( light penetrates much better ) . Semper Fi keep doing what your doing and keep up the good work . Learn as you go and you'll only get better .

Yeah I scrog in smaller tents . . . .check my Strawberry Cough a few posts back . . . .

ime, nothing gets inter nodes created and hammering along quicker than defoliation . . . . thank you kindly sir for your thoughts though, nice 1!
