The band are these 2 South African musicians. They play themselves in the movie "Chappie" and their attitude/ look/ phrases/ and songs have started a weird movement, I can't remember what it's called.

I was surprised to find that they are married and have a kid. Poor kid. Before Chappie, they made this short film that I think is disturbingly brilliant. You gotta be a fan, though...
