western union has a pre-pay VISA that doesn't have all those bullshit charges...but it does cost $5 everytime you load money on it...it can hold $700 though, so it's a good one
been using mine for over a year now with no problems...orders from Attitude , I can't say about the others

The only place that took my visa pre paid debit card (i got from walmart?) was The single seed center.

Up until a few months ago my walmart debit wasnt good overseas. Now it works with Nirvana and Attitude, tested within the last few months works like a champ.

I did see the walmart debit cards, but i thought they were only good for walmart!!!!
So those DO work for the attitude?

Even though your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, make no mistake, it is very different. Personally, I never order anything online with my debit card. I use a regular credit card because it has better protection for fraud.

They are just a GE Money debit card branded through WalMart as their store brand. They work anywhere that takes VISA cards in the world now. Last year they were limited to USA only purchases.
It costs $3 if you want to "add money" to it, and you can use any walmart in store atm to load money and even buy the card to begin with.
Does require a social security number to activate it when you do it online, but here's a trick: Google "canadian passport" and use some blokes canada passport instead of a USA SSN. Now your card is anonymous instead of linked to you. Walmart doesnt verify foreign ID's to open an account because its not required under the USA Patriot Act.
(Mine was opened this way).You can also setup a PayPal account to use your walmart money card funding! When you get your walmart debit, go online and get the direct deposit #'s. Feed them into PayPal to verify your 'bank account' and voila, instant verified paypal account too!
Send money back and forth as your debit card is now your "bank account" to paypal.

Walmart cards do require a social security number, as all prepaid debits do, unless you use my trick three posts above.
