I dunno man it a numbers game.....if its legal on a state level but illegal on a federal level its like shooting fish in a barrel isn't it......something like 80% of DEA busts are marijuana related.....if numbers are low they can just go raid a few shops, bank a few pounds....air how bad the drug problem is how they need even more money to fight it....while reducing costs of actually trying find private grows, as everybody with a shop is registered.....seems like a nice little gig they got goin!
the feds are going to eventually play this to try to stop us from growing our own shit, goodluck to them on that lol, this is one war they lost but they arent done raking in massive profits just yet.
(edit) FUCKERS!

It doesn't suck for Alaskans. We can have 25 plants indoors without a MMJ card. Less than an ounce is no problem for possession. You get the equivalent of a traffic ticket for possession of 1-4 z's if outside of your home.
thats why I love alaska

if you could have plants in Alaska indoors then why the fuck is Alaska a medical state?

30 second google search should answer your question. I don't know anyone who gets the medical card. You are only allowed 3 flowering plants and 3 veg plants with the med card.

I fish with the Anchorage DA. He hasn't prosecuted anybody for growing less than 25 plants. He can't prosecute under State law.

http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/legal/l1970/ravin.htm Here's a summary of the case that made home cultivation legal. It's a privacy issue, not a drug issue.

http://norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=4522 Here's NORML's writeup. Specifically notice the part about possession of plants in the home.

http://stopthedrugwar.org/chronicle-old/301/alaska.shtml Less than 4 oz legal inside your home.

Knowing someone in Alaska apparently doesn't make one informed. Instead of calling Bullshit, maybe work on your google fu. ;)

I read the case and its nice when things work out like there supposed to constitutionally. IF I were the Governor of a state I would kick out any feds!!

i said it was BS UNTILL i saw proof. google is not a very good source of info just for your Information either, it helps but is not that great to learn from.
and if you read it right it is 1 ounce or less any where from 1-4 is a misdemeanor and is illegal.
so from what you posted this is what i got. it is still ILLEGAL to grow and posses unless in tiny amounts.
and 2 od the sites contradict each other ones say one thing and the other says something else.
thanks for the links.
peace

it seems to be the same old shit, give big pharma a bigger slice of the MJ pie
but in the long run, you got to think it's one more brick pulled out of the wall
how do you argue on the floor of Congress that MJ has no medical value, when they're producing drugs from it?
if nothing else, it gives some ammo for the next step in MJ law change, where ever/when ever that happens
