Day 8 long seedlings leggys how to keep them growing?

Ok so day 8 first 4 days in natural sun
Seedlings have leggys tall thin seedlings
I left them indoors days 6 to 8
What shld I do to save these?
Transplant them in 3 gallon pots?

How many hrs natural sun light?

How do I save them? Be specific what conditions each day and whatbfood an maintenance to help em grow

Sure. Don't have to be that big, 1 or 2 quart would do fine for now.
Bury them up to their necks & give them more light, does not have to be intense.
IMO - no food yet.

As said bury in larger container and less water
Less water makes roots stretch searching
Once roots build up the foliage will kick in
