Welp I guess that means I would of never smoked weed before considering all my weed so far has been bought by a dealer who in turn got it from a grower...I'm sure you're just a bad troll though, no one can actually be that retarded.
I'm that retarded.

the only reason we have the limited legalization(some states with MMJ) is because so many have/are breaking the law
if only a few people broke MJ law, it would still be a drug viewed in hate and fear, something only communists, perverts, and the criminally insane used
every MJ law broken is one step forward, albeit with risk and suffering

A perpetual SOG with 20 plants per run averaging .5 oz per plant total of 10 oz per harvest break that down to 4 or even 5 stages of growth would equal 80 = 100 plants. Harvest every 2 months that's 60 oz per year to make tinctures, edibles, oil and dry usable flowers doesn't sound too outrageous to me. Even if that much medicine seems too much to you it really isn't after your done processing it. Not sure but I think it was 12.5 lbs. most likely wet weight stalks and all. Anyone know what that equates to in dry usable weight?

you are wrong...busts like that are the reasons why state by state the laws are changing..2 people with no criminal history, not bothering anyone tying up the court dockets....the plan is to overgrow the government, they were doing their job.,,what are you doing? those people do not make anyone "look bad" if weed was hard to grow it would be legal and taxed like cigs...money is the only reason why it is illegal..not because anyone is growing 119 plants, and for you to say they deserve to be in jail is fucking ignorant.
If people want to outgrow the government they'd plant 1000s of outdoor plants in the wild. Having an intricate indoors setup is for selling only.

It's obvious that at 100+ plants w/o a card they planned on selling it, but I still don't see what's wrong with selling. Besides the fact that it's illegal federally(along with anything related to cannabis) what's the problem?

It brings heat on all of us. People don't distinguish between sellers and personal consumption.

Shit dude I'm just a gardener but people assume I'm running some drug ring.

Sharing is ok. Selling is wrong.

How did you arrive at the conclusion that is wrong for people to be compensated for their labor and for risking their freedom and their ability to support their families?

Actually there are 2 others on here that are equally retarded..judasofcannabis ad bob harris

Bob got banned.

Get a real job and you wont have to worry about losing your personal freedom. When (yes when) it becomes legal then you can charge whatever you want.

If I rented a house to someone and found out they where growing on my property you would have to worry about cop but you might not walk so well. When you get busted who has to pay to undo all you shit. Fix damages from the police, losses rent while fixing things. "One of 1%er eliitist dicks" who doesn't worked hard for everything. Grow in another mans home and get what you deserve.
I get it, but you have to remember that if you want to take that route then you'd better be prepared for ppl to defend themselves with crippling or lethal force.. Given the circumstances it's already abundantly clear that the renter doesn't give two shits about your livelyhood.. As always it voils down to said renter not being caught by the landlord or the LEOs.. Some renters might choose to remain silent and friendly even when they realize that wrapping a snare wire around some wannabe tough guy landlord's neck is their last chance at avoiding a 3rd strike.. Basically my point is STFU, talking tough only makes you a fucking target dumbass..

Yes, yes we all know it's against the law federally. You're basically saying there's no point in any of the progress we made for legalization because it's still illegal federally. That's not the point. So let me ask this then, if they were growing with the intent to distribute and indeed did. What's wrong with that? They saw a way to make money, not hurting anyone by providing a product that people want.
The thing is that it's state LEO's job to enforce state law, not federal law.. A law only means a damn if it's enforced..

out here in colorado (where it's not legal , even medical really) all this card that ANYONE that has ANY condition (or if they can just lie about it) does is provide a means for defense in court, if you're a medical grower and get popped you'll still be going to court but with this card as long as you're within limits or have a doctor say you actually need more than the state limit allows the average "patient" you have a defense, if you have fuckloads of overage then you're fucked. The pigs have no way of knowing if you're carded or not before a bust, a "friend" recently got busted out here, the reason, someone smelled weed and that's all it took to make wheels turn, they then checked his power bill and said his usage was triple or some shit the average in the hood, now my bill is more than his by far and I live like two blocks away. back to the medical, as I always say, they flashbang first and ask questions later. Now about rentals, you can find plenty of people around here that rent houses that are MMJ friendly but the owners use this and make the rent extremely high.I don't even remember wtf the original topic was but most importantly I don't care, have a nice day/nite.

Some climates are not conducive for growing. You can get a better quality crop indoors. I grow indoors and don't sell. If you have a 1000 plants outdoors, you are clearly selling it, no one can smoke that much.

Didn't anyone but me notice the cops didn't get a search warrant until AFTER the perps let them in the house and showed them their shit?

In the wild = not being taken care of. Think Johnny Appleseed. But with pot.
