Crime Vigilantism

So, if you were put into a position, where you know someone did something very bad, the cops can't help, but you could put an end to it right away? Like on Breaking Bad where that ex cop took that guy to a desserted place? If you had the power, would you get that person away and deal with them?

It depends. Sometimes the law is not in our hands for a good reason. Then you have to ask yourself is the solution reformation or retribution. Then you have to ask yourself f the act would be out of self-righteousness.

Of course there are many instances were I've wanted to rip a motherfucker's balls off with my fangs. Judging from the pitfall of crude language I just momentarily sank into, one can tell I have a good incentive to shank aforementioned people.

Not that going as far as to killing them. But severely hurting them because they have hurt others and generally being a huge bully. These are adults in their 50s I'm talking about. If you had the power that you could reverse engineer them into a situation where they're alone, would you beat them for retribution?

It's weird this thread has popped up because there is a serial rapist in my neck of the woods. He's raped 4 women in less than a week. The 2nd victim was at an apartment complex 1 mile from our house. I told my wife if I would catch him raping her my .38 would be the last thing he would ever see.

I love Dexter! Bernard Getz, etc. I believe in treating people as you would want to be treated and I hate bullies. It's called street justice, and yes, if you know someone truly deserves it, and they are going unchecked,........... Just be careful, and smart. I'm a believer, and follower.

That bitch coach McCready (sp) at Penn State, should have his ass kicked for not beating Sandusky the second he saw him sodomizing a boy in the showers. If I had seen that with my dad, I would have had my dad take the boy home to his parent(s) while I beat Sandusky to a pulp.

Hey, well guess what. You can carry a collapsible baton in the US. You have the right to arrest anyone doing anything illegal at any time. If they resist you are aloud to use force until they stop.

Asps are ok, but I prefer the feeling from using your hands/feet/knees/elbows. Nothing like feeling a bone break.

That's not true. Most of the time it has to be a felony. Or a misdemeanor amounting to a breach of the peace. I also don't know if you are allowed to use force if they resist, or how much force you are allowed to use. It's not unlimited like you suggest.

Dog the bounty hunter uses force all the time. I know because it was on reality t.v. and reality t.v. is real. Es verdad!

i feel fucked up saying this but i'm so desensitized to crime that i don't even take much notice any more. you can only see so much shit without being able to do anything before you just tune it out completely.

for example, last summer i had a buddy over and the windows were open. some sort of commotion happened and some lady was screaming bloody murder outside. we were playing mlb on ps and dude just dropped his controller in the middle of a play and ran to the window. i continued to advance all my runners and they all scored. dude was freaking out asking if we should do something. i just then realized that there was even a commotion. i explained to him that that lady was always fighting with her man and there were always clothes and belongings in the street from their fights and to pay no mind. she was always the one beating on the dude not the other way around. my last interaction with her was to yell out the window for her to stfu. he told me i was a cold bastard. i tried to explain to him that if i was going to get into people's business like that it would be a full time job around here and i don't own a flak jacket and i'm not getting paid.

he thinks i'm an ass. i think he's naive. do something to me or my people and it's on. i'm not gonna police the fucking neighborhood.

As far as I know, if its illegal, anyone can arrest you for it. Only difference is you are supposed to call the police right away when someone is under arrest. Thats the only stipulation. You can restrain, and you can beat within reason if the person does resist and you truly know a crime is or was about to be commited

We had one running around our old neighborhood. The men took turns sitting on their roofs of their homes though out the night. You could see the shot guns silhouetted against the moonlight. I felt very safe when they were there.

Edit: He got two women on my block. And had worn a path up to one young girls window. When they caught him he had a list of 7 women he was following. One was a judge's daughter. He got the longest they could give him. I guess a judge's daughter is more important when it comes to sentencing.

When disabling your criminal with your baton, first hit them really hard in their dominant arm. Then hit them in the other arm really hard. After that, work the legs in spots that are covered up, always hit them in a place thats covered up. Avoid bones, hit them in soft areas. After hitting the arms and hindering his power, you can be softer. These things hurt like a BITCH. You just want to disable him from attacking back, but if he fights back, you have full rights to hurt him until he stops resisting. Above the knee caps is great also

I hunted with a guy who did 5 yrs for assult with intent to murder. His daughter said her boyfriend hit her, and he went nuts. He beat the kid up real bad, then as soon as he (the boyfriend) got home, my buddy and his friends (who also did time) shot up the front of his house. He could have killed innocent people in there, but blind rage happens.

Not sure what I'd do if someone messed with my daughter, but hopefully it doesn't include a large sentence and getting off early for time served plus being good in prison.

Thats pretty drastic, you don't have to shoot up someone's house because some bitch said she got hit with no proof. Sometimes it's best to take a step back and think about stuff and how you're going to do it. Is your buddy and his friend trying to act like some ghetto dwelling losers? Follow the law, and anything over and beyond normal is accepted to a point.
