Stupid House Bill 341 is already showing it's teeth and it's not even legal yet. Eight more days to go.

Several cities around me have already started banning cannabis. I haven't heard anything in my town yet.

I hope they don't ban it. I've spent a bunch buying equipment to start my own grow.

Sorry for the rant. But I'm pissed. :evil:

Local laws dont superceed state laws. Local towns can prohibit the opening of dispensaries and sales of weed, yes. But in no way can they legaly prohibit the possestion and/or in home cultivation.

Unless you live in a town that bans sales and you plan on buying all your weed from a local dispensary, you got nothing to worry about

Cities/towns/counties have the right to ban the legit businesses. Pretty much the same in every legal state. And they all pretty much f@#$ it up and absolutely no one shops the legit dispensaries, 'cept for carts and gummies. But if you want flower, you are miles better off growing your own.

I'm planning on growing my own. I'm currently cleaning my basement to make room for a grow tent. I did find a 10mm socket tho.

I didn't realize I had so much junk. o_O

Ive had a medical card for a long time and the only thing I ever buy is their gummies, they're way better then what I've been able to make thus far. But the dispensary flower is totol garbage
