at 1 hour 12 mins phillip and his group walks into the group of kids drumming

the mood of the kids clearly changes and they change to dancing and singing along with their attention away from the black israelites

phillips then walks up to the kid and makes no atempt to walk past the kid while banging the drum in the kids face

at no point does the kid do the chop or mocks phillips or approaches phillips

I don't understand why you defend a kid who blocked the path of Nathan Phillips even when Nathan tried to move around him. I can't tell if you are just dumb and ignorant or racist so I won't judge. Just saying, man that all the other kids stepped aside for the elder. The correct social behavior was obvious to them. It's not acceptable to confront an elder like that..

Well, yeah, the kid is creepy and the picture showing his cannibal's smile under MAGA hat is a perfect metaphor for the Trump administration. I point this out without any malice to the kid. It is creepy and the picture does portray much of what's wrong with Trump's presidency to me. In my opinion. If you have a different one, fine. There is no point in debating this.

I could post the audio where Nathan Phillips describes what happened. But clearly you refuse to believe him. I find him quite believable. Agree there is subjectivity in this. Again, no point in debating subjective opinions like this.

Objectively, I call bullshit on your interpretation of the video. The video isn't as clear about all of that as you claim. It's not what you say.. I'd call you a liar but then again, you might simply be mistaken.

The best objective tell in all of this is that the other kids understood they should just give room to the elder and moved out of his way. Hannibal Lecter Jr was the only one who saw fit to confront the old man for no good reason. It's not befitting that kids should harass and insult elders. Not in civilized society.

No I don’t think I had to be there to see the mocking and the smirking. The kid was a douche and if he was mine we’d be having a very serious talk about respect. My kids, if they were caught doing that would know they were in some really deep shit lol. They would never do that though as they were brought up to respect everyone ..... well except me lol.

All the other kids knew that. It was clear to them that they should just move out of the way. I hope that the kid who blocked and harassed Nathan Phillips learns from his mistake.
