Could this just be from too much water?

The soil i got was VERY wet when I transplanted. this picture is the bottom of my plant. See how the leaves are sagging wayyy down. If the soil drys up it should fix the problem right? Or could be something else?

how dry is the soil? stick your finger in to determine. they say if its dry to half inch or even an inch down that its too dry. leaves bending down like that are sometimes due to not enough water

See what happens.

My mix is soggy during transplant so I can insure good contact between the rootball and fresh medium. I usually don't get droopy leaves though, no matter how wet.
