Cops can legally seize all pot

The Detroit News was also incorrect in their article and misinterpreted it to mean that LEO could seize any patient's meds at any time. It is actually meaning that LEO could face drug charges if they return to a patient the cannabis which was illegally confiscated.

Soon, the AG may release an opinion stating the entire MMMA [Prop 1] is unconstitutional and therefore null & void as it violates federal law. So much for the Will of the People. If he only would realize the needless suffering he's causing to thousands of Michigan cannabis patients perhaps he would cease the heinous attacks...unless the man is truly evil and cares not about the suffering of good folks.

It's time to legalize.

I can't believe we're going to have to stomach this BS into 2014 before they all get the boot outta office. Let's see....taxing the pensions of the elderly, usurping power from local governments, working against the democratic will of the people of michigan on mmj, etc.....can't imagine what more good snyder and schuette will do for the state before they're gone. *puke*

The "Fuk'd" Button.

Get one.

A measure for when shit hits the fan: I have two anvil systems. One that bursts in the event of a fire, another if raided/robbed... You wont want anything to do with me, my garden, or my property. Trust me.

Anyone else remember CS gas training?

Use dye packs in your safe?

Air horns connected to a compressor works well at getting someone out fast! They can also be connected to motion sensors...

One trick is easy to spot, that's why when the fox sets off the leg hold, he takes the bait and walks into a snare.

^^^Well certainly, In my case that is quite the point. If you are here to take from me, I would be happy to share that with the pubic. Typically that is exactly the opposite of whats desired by those whom are there for the taking. Also in my case, nothing I am doing is beyond the confines of medical marijuana law. I am legally in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act, and I am not only upholding my rights as both a medical marijuana patient and caregiver, but as a citizen of the US "protected" under the constitution of the United States.

If your acting "illegally" outside the realm of the Medical Marijuana Act, why would you be surprised that the police have the "authority" to seize your marijuana?

If you are acting legally according to the act, why would you not be outraged by an unjust and unwarranted seizure?

I believe that this is a TEMPORARY setback because the California Supreme court upheld the patients rights and The US Supreme refused to hear the case, because IT IS UNDER STATE LAW, not federal. Local police MUST uphold the laws of the STATE, DPD, MSP, and any sheriff department HAS NO JURISDICTION to enforce FEDERAL LAW. I think its only a matter of time before the appeals court shoots down our beloved AG's "OPINION". If they confiscate your meds, report them to the DEA that the police are robbing marijuana dealers and see if that pans out!!! LMAO
