cooling venting

I am using tents in a room. I can ac with an inside ac unit that vent out a window.they're common around here. I can't have one sticking out the window.
I want to cool the tents.
In the summer I think I can cool the room and blow air in the tents but I'm not sure and in the winter it doesn't make sense to do this. So how do I vent and cool. Are there units that can hook directly to ducting and or to the room. With out installing central air? Any reasonably priced?
I have an inline w carbon filter so far no ac just fans it can get above 90 in the summer without h.i.d. lit tents. It will be below 80 for the most part for nxt few months ..

Many possibilities to fix these issues. You can drop the lights you have and go cob (led). You will reduce your heat tremendously and even lower your power usage. A little expensive to start, but they pay for themselves after a grow or two. You can get aircooled hoods, which will lower your temps a little too. I don't like air cooled hoods, but for a tent it can work fine. You can get a portable ac unit, which I don't recommend unless you have too. If you have to get a portable unit, get a dual hose. You can put the AC in your tent and run the ducting out to the window, or put the AC unit in between the tent and your window. If you have a dual hose this would work best. One hose would act as an intake and the other an exhaust. All the AC's heat wouldn't be in your tent, but rather your lung room (space between your tent and the window). You can also consider running a dual hose and trying to "seal" your room as best as possible. With a lung room you could run CO2 in the future and still run your canopy temps in the 80's, possibly 90's. Be prepared to water more frequently. These are a few options for you. If you want more details on a specific idea, I can elaborate.
