Cooling room with squirell cage or inline fan?

which would be the cheapest but most effecient and quitest way to get air out...squirell cage or inline fan...can i get these at lowes or homedepot or wallys world? how should i set it up? i have a 7' by 4' by 8' walkin closet for my 400 hps coming in the mail soon.

ps. technically by getting the air out i will not need a intake correct? because air going out should suck air in?

the squirrel cage will move the most air for sure, but the inlines work well as long as they ar at the end of the duct, not the middle. even a fart fan work in a lot of cases. i just bring cold air in from under the house. it keeps a nice temp with out a cooler. good luck late

Yes you need an intake or you will have to leave the door open to let air in.
