Cooling - pass through light venting or circulate based on temp

Question - I want to set up two 1k lights with external pass through air in a sealed room, air from outside passing through the lights, back to the outside, but have those external vents shut off and have the air circulate internally if the room temp is low, so that I am not wasting light heat when it is cold. Anyone doing this? Suggestions?

I am on my first grow, have a sealed room with a 5x5 now, co2, humidity and temps controlled with led lights. 2x4 florescent for mothers that just seeded. Getting a 4x8 that will have the two 1k lights that I want to address cooling on. Appreciate any feedback.

Thanks.

Have my seedlings going strong. Had two clones going on two months. Started a set of three clones to get my get wet there. Have five seedlings, going to grow three of them and mother two. Plan on soiling the six for my next test run. Getting the 4x8 this week and still very much appreciate feedback on altering external versus internal venting based on heat where external is a passthrough and internal is sealed as I as running co2.

Thanks,

Just to note the main room is 12x12 with a 5x5, 2x4 and 4x8. Building has a peaked attic that peaked at 12x12x7 at center. Not a lot of room, but additional space I want to climate control.
