Cool white or daylight

do u think 3 of those would do a good job vegging one plant that is being low stress trained and flowered early? it is also a small speaker with white paint as a reflector.

For veg/grow cycle if your using CFL's (Compact Fluorescent Light) you should be using 26W 6500K and I believe that is the cool white, for flowering 42W or 23W 2700K that is the warm light. 6500K blue spectrum, 2700K red spectrum.

Use as many as you can fit while still being able to keep the temperature under control. Also coolwhite is 4100 K, better for flowering thasn vegging, and really not good for flowering either. 6500K veg 2700K Flower.Color-Measurement

daylight cfl is what I used for my veg with very good results... detail are in my journal about page 3..

I find the "keep the temps down" aspect cute with the CFls. *If* the temp is becoming an issue with CFLs, GO HID! If you are going to fight temps, *show* something for it. 50 CFLs at 1600 Lumens each is still 1600 lumens, just filled in. The intensity doesn't increase.

I have been doing so much research on which bulb is best for growing and from what I have gathered anything that says "daylight" or lux grow bulb is best for plants especially for clones or seedlings...ive also heard that coolwhites and softwhites do well when put together *shrug* I have been researching for days and this is the most reliant info I have got so far....hope that helps
