I grew up in the mountains of Virgina. Hill Billy and Red Neck are most common.
Neither bother me. Oh and Cracker. that one is not heard regular until you get more
north near Penn. or Maryland.

Name calling never solved the issue, so I try stay away from that line of BS
unless it is to provoke a responce for a specfic reason.

call me whatever Just be sure to all me at dinner time and on payday!

PS. but when cussing starts I'm all in for as far as it will go.

"nigger" is a word that can be found in the OED (nigger in the woodpile)
"nigga" is a collection of letters placed next to each other, invented by illiterate folk from da hood... repeated by politically correct hipsters
"honky" is a funny word its origins are amusing (white folk would honk the horns of their cars while looking for prostitutes in areas heavily populated by "negro's"

i read that the 2010 census for the USA included the category "negro" for race as many older black folk did not identify with the term African american
and asked for the term "negro" to be included

i find it strange that people want to attach labels to themselves, in the first place ..

You think AMERICANS are bigots?

Try spending some time in xenophobic Japan, or hell, even Europe. (I'm not even going to get into the Middle East, where the Arabic word for "slave" ("abd") is also used as a perjorative to refer to Blacks.

America is probably the most egalitarian country on the planet. The only reasons America SEEMS so bigoted/racist compared to other countries is that we a. actually have ethnic and racial diversity, and b. we actually spend a great deal of time and energy talking about racism.

Its pretty easy to claim no racism/bigotry, if you live in a country that is 99% ethnically homogeneous!

We don't hate Jews or black people. . .cause we've never seen any!

I always thought it was sensible. No real curse words, even replacing personal pronouns with family members. Not so much room for insult and bigotry though it exists in every culture and there are plenty of imaginative ways to describe someone you don't like.

Is it Racist to hate stupid people cause im guilty of that, oh and i guess tossing some bigoted words around but not at any race in particular. I find i hate more white people then any thing(Like Wasps son lil bitchs, or that one rouge seed in your dank that makes it into your bowl) probably cause i have to interact with them the most.

Wow.....that's brutal. And really sad.

I know you're kidding though...never seen anything like that from ya before.

A business partner of mine is a brother, he never uses any kind of ebonics around me or anyone professional, ever. But when his buddies come around, they all say that shit. I had to ask them to knock it off around me, it drives me nuts. They respect that. If they want the dank...better have respect damnit LOL :).
