People use green bulbs at night with plants so they can work during night. Green lights dont effect the plants at all. Its as if no lights were on at all..dont know about the blue CFL.

No it won't..... The green light will reflect right off the green surface. In fact, the reason a leaf appears green to the human eye is because all colors but green are absorbed by the plant. It reflects green light, therefore your eyes, seeing that reflected wavelength, see a green leaf. Simple biology.
