Colder water during last few weeks

Hey all

Last run i tried watering plants for the last couple of weeks with 17 to 18c water instead of 21c like i normally do, just out of logic cause i lower temperatures a fair bit last few weeks. I got a slightly better yield due to higher density on the same strains i keep growing over and over again, the buds had a more complex aroma profile as well as smelled a fair bit stronger and id dare say tackier and slighlty more senescence Need to start testing every run really....

All else was kept the same as previous attempts that room is dialed in to a t. Anyone else does this or has experienced a similar positive outcome?

few shots...

I do it . Scientificly I was told it's telling the female winter is coming and it's the last song of the dance. Better find a boy quick. So she increases resin production to catch pollen and let's them fall colors show.

Blah blah. there are no tricks. if there were tricks, they wouldnt be tricks at all. Instead they'd be jus the ways we do it.
yes, cooler water is better anyways. my girls' water is always 50 degrees all year. they love it. i love them, dearly.

vs is a dear one, I agree too. along with several other atmosphere changes, like nature does, cooler temps, less light intensity,
less food, less water, more dark periods.

(i confess exactly half of my flowering plants are grounded. definitely see the difference, strangely more pronounced during the summer months, and for the funz of contrast only i continue to do so. } i detect no differences in end results, none. but in the flower room the grounded ladies are obvious.

Cool air at night makes colors come out. I'll try the cooler water near the end though, never really thought about it before.

I've always let it warm to room temp. from my cooler storage area for water. Could bypass that easily.

Wise man, it is these "tricks" that will set your product apart from the people who don't practice them...I could name a few more but I think enough has be shared here so far

sure, if you have the time/schedules to do them. Like I've said I've done these things, harvest at night, put the plants in a cool dark area...etc. there are differences, but how much or far one goes to reproduce nature is still limited by artificial light unfortunately for us indoor growers. I dont have the time any longer to darken.cool, or fuss like that, and ya know what, I dont miss the differences.

Well there a couple variable here none of us can be sure about, A what's you palet for aromas n flavored n B what's you idea of high grade...I kno it's easy to "just say fuck it" the longer you been growin, weeds weeds after all right ? I really don't mind if it's super bomb or just reggs as long as it does it's job, but that don't mean I can't tell a diff...ya dig ?

I am growing clones from my mother. She had lovely red-purple leafs (see pic). Not getting them with her 2 clones (see pics). Been scratching my head why as it is cooler now than when I harvested the mother, BUT, I was running the ac 24/7 which may be the missing why, and current temps not that cool

Okay, Mainy. Pulled up a chair to see some awesome plants. Don't nab pics from other grows now. Wow us with your amazing horticultural skills...

hey friend, you begin your introduction with an accusation of pic swiping? please show me these pics of (supposed) mine, or any evidence that I've posted someone else's pcs?

not sure where to post my plants yet, but we'll be friends for sure, and you'll see.

Dosent this myth go hand in hand with the 3 days of darkness before harvest...although that does seem to make the plants more stinky
this does do something, and its positive too. its just got to be part of your grow habit/space, and then you gotta weigh the benefits with the payback. I think if a grow plan fails along the way no trick will fix the damage. if a cup winner doesnt stone someone made an error.

peace out!
