Finally making a batch of butter without completely wrecking the kitchen and wasting butter. However, I added lecithin this time, 1 tablespoon per cup of coconut oil and it made something weirdish. Given 2 cups of oil my butter output is about 2 cups. = 1/2 - 3/4 cup of butter but 1-1/4 cup of some CoCo Frankin frosting. See pic. Any idea the potency of the frosting vs the butter? Is this normal? Good for cooking? I could use it for c ake frosting. Who wants to lick the beaters?
