Coco coir in Wilma

Hi everyone
I've been growing for a few years now using clay pebbles and a 4 pot wilma hydro system. But i have recently moved over to coco coir in the same pots, its mixed with vermiculite as per grow weed easy website.
The seeds were started using damp paper towel method and propagated in under CFL till first serated leaves appeared, i then transferred them to the final pots in the Wilma under a Vipar Spectra 900w LED in the grown tent on veg setting.
I've been hand watering but the coco coir doesn't seem to dry out very quickly and i'm afraid i'll get adverse effects from them sitting in damp coir for too long.
Humidity is at 70% but temp is low around 17-18 degrees c, its in a shed so difficult to raise the temperature as it costs so much.
The fans in and out are on speed controllers and set low, but enough to change the air reguarly.
Do i carry on hand watering until they start drinking more?
They are in about week 1-2 of growth. Second set of serated leaves are popping out.
