cockpunches galore.. need help, burned the top

hello RIU! first timer here. many thanks for this wonderful site, full of extremely useful information.

anyways, i had to give myself two cock punches... i burned one of my babies. here's the backstory:

bagseed CFL grow with 8x32watt (800 watt equiv). currently on day 16 of flowering. one of them was touching a bulb for a good few hours, and fucking burned. right on the top. i'm so pissed at myself.

my question to you all: is there anything i can do to mitigate the damage done? any recommendations? should i give myself a third cock punch, just to appease the weed gods? all help/comments appreciated. sorry if the pics are blurry, was mighty pissed when they were taken--

that is actually very minor you'll be fine, just don't let it happen again and take back at least one punch

my balls thank ye for retracting said punch. what will happen to the top bud? will it just grow around the damaged area?

yeah it will/should start to grow out of the sides and could take a week or two to recover, could also be the best bud on the plant as sometimes stress like that causes the plant to put out more trichs
