That's just an outlet you plug other things into that you want to monitor electrical usage of. The outlet is tethered to an LCD that has a chip in it that has a formula programmed into it that lets you know how much CO2 is produced to power the electric companies that supply you that amount of power.
That's at least how I read it. In other words it's going to do shit to monitor your levels of CO2 in the room.

Thats what I read, and It's not intended for horticulture so I doubt it reads 1500 PPM
