What do you mean try 125ml each? You mean water with 125ml / each?
You want to water enough that you soak the soil, not just wet the surface.
By pouring slowly, you are less likely to get splash on the leaves, and also you are giving the water/ water with nutes time to soak into the soil and run out.
When I had my seedlings in the solo cup, I was giving almost 180ml just to make sure, even though I would usually start getting runoff around 100.
Only way I know this, is I was using a large syringe with a thin hose (I added) that I had picked up at the Tractor Supply here that I guess people use for administering meds to animals.

roughly yes, pour 25ml, wait 10 seconds, pour another 25ml wait another 10 seconds, you know what i mean?? and yes listen to chucky as well, pour slow so the water stays to the soil and not on the leaves

OK, thanks for the tips so far. So I had 2 warm CFL`s switched off now. I just watered each slowly (first time today) with about 150ml when I saw water pouring out. Maybe these two factors will help them grow faster now.
What do you think of soil that has: Nitrogen - 200 mg/100g Phosphorus - 20 mg/100g Potassium - 60 mg/100g

in my small pots, i got run off around 100ml as well, but id put sometimes 125ml-150 so it had water to sit in. also as it grew it needs more water ( even tho in the same pot ) thats why i say get something that measures the amount of water. :)

I don't like that rating on your soil.
Does it say the mg is for what quantity of soil?
I think it's WAAAAYYY too hot for seedlings, but IDK what the pre fert'ed soils are rated at, so you MIGHT be ok.
Usually you wouldn't want to even start feeding for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, but with all that in there, I just don't know.
I would have to say that is the main reason for your slow growth.

Nitrogen 200mg for 100g of soil.... Phosph. 20mg for 100g soil and Potas. 60 mg for 100g of soil....

I guess that sounds OK, I had to google how much 200mg was, but it sounds ok I guess, again, I don't know what other pre nuted soils are rated at.
Right now, since you changed or are changing your lights, (just one 23w or so directly over each pot, right?) and have amended your watering method, I would just hold off on doing anything, and wait a few days to see how your watering needs change, and give them a bit to adapt.
Since you have now watered, try picking up your cups, and feel the weight.
Then take about your 150mg of water in another container, and feel that weight.
When you feel your pot starting to get light, (about the difference of the other container with 150 mg in it), then stick your finger in the soil and get a feel for it.
After a while, you will be able to pick up the pot, and say either it's time to water, or maybe water this evening, or just not yet.
They do like to dry out between waterings, so don't keep them saturated.
That might be all the yellowing and slow growth was, because if you constantly keep the surface of the soil wet, the roots will not grow in search of water, and you'll end up with poor root development, resulting in poor end yield.

I got one 85W cool light 6500k hanging over one baby and 2 x 22w + 1 x 25w hanging above other. Thanks for the weighting tip, will try this. Is it okei to leave the run-off water in tray? Or best to pour it out?

id say still, thats quite a bit of light brotha. i bet you 1 , 22 watt on each one for the first 2-3 weeks will be more than enough.

NOOOOOOO.......
Pour it out.
You don't want stagnant water around her.
i didnt know this, i figured having a little bit in the tray underneath her would spread evenly to wards the roots , (the water would be sucked up within a few hours im sure) . let me know on your advice on this, or still - just pour it all out ?

Personally, I put mine outside or in the sink to water, and let it drain for around 10 minutes, then back into the lights.
I have heard somebody say within the last week though, that they also let the plant sit in the runoff for an hour or something then dumped it.
Another reason, if you constantly let water sit in the saucer, sooner or later you are bound to forget, and if you're really bad at remembering shit like me, and keep forgetting, eventually you're going to either end up with root rot, mold, or slime in your saucer.

ahh i see , good to note - for me i live on a high floor of an appartment with my dad. so id have to do it on my time, but im assuming if i watered it like that, by soaking the entire soil and then letting the run off all drain out, id suspect id have to water ALOT less.?

I don't think so......
Aren't you already watering slowly and thoroughly?
When you soak it, as opposed to just wetting the surface, you're going to get better root development too.
