Closet advice needed please! + rep for positive/informative input

Hey all i just bought this grow tent and i have to make a decision....see i have TWO grow areas one will be this 40x40x78 inch tent and one will be my closet which is 2x5x7 feet. I have a 250 watt ballast system and a 400 watt ballast system...which should get the 400 watt and which should get the 250 watt? thanks!
