I struggled with overwatering for months and your plants look identical.. Any water that's bottled should be left out in a bowl so the chlorine can evaporate... Don't add nutes until 3 weeks. Your plants look drenched as well. When you water plants your size, they need maybe a couple tablespoons of water and no more. Also water directly around the stem and not towards the edge of the cup.
