Close to 8 Weeks of 12/12 - Ready to Harvest?

Got a grow journal going here and posted a closeup of the tricomes ... can anyone tell me if she is ready to harvest? First grow and really anxious to get it done!!!

Next time take them out of the colored light to take a picture for people to judge.
In that post you said hairs were 50% white, if that is the case you have a few weeks to go.
I generally dont even pull out the microscope to start checking until atleast 80% red hairs.

OK can you guys check the journal again. Posted some new closeups without the LED lights. Really getting anxious!!! My patience is almost spent!
