1st time jar cure, 1 main cola and a nice side cola
main cola dried for a week, side cola 5 days
so curing for a week, checking every day, giving them a good 15 minutes of open air each day
then this morning, mold on the stems! - just at the very bottom stem at the bottom of each cola
rest of each cola look fine, no trace of mold i can see
so, has anybody run into this situation? are the stems particularly susceptible to mold?
buds are airing out for the moment, this looks like it was a close call
