if i have a hydroponic system set up and i have a female soil-grown plant, can i clone the soil female plant to a hydroponic systm and the plant survive and turn to hydro???

If I understand you right you are going to take a clone from a female plant grown in soil and that clone is going to be grown in hydro. If that is your question then yes.
