cloning autoflowering plant

I am currently growing 5 lowryder #2 autoflower seedlings. I would like to continue growing them and am wondering if anyone has experience taking one cutting from an autoflower plant before she begins budding. I am concerned this will decrease yield from the mothers because it could reduce veg time. I havent seen this discussed before... if it has please direct me to the discussion. Thanks,

You can't clone them, they automatically flower, so your cuttings would try to flower out also instead of vegetating. You can only grow autoflowering plants from seeds.

Only to toss a wrench in the works, what about re-vegging an auto-flower?

(ain't supposed to re-veg an annual anyways)

(got a soft spot for autos. don't know why)
