so where I take the cutting from will double branch like a normal top still right? Kill two birds with one stone?

Also I can't upload pics from my phone to this site so if someone could help me out and let me email them to them or somethin and could upload them to a grow journal I wanna start cause that's how I've seen people get the best help and advise but I don't think itd be right starting one with no picutres

The rooted plant will grow two tops.

i have a cutting sitting in a cup of water for 3 weeks now, should i re-cut it or wait, no roots yet
