Grab a $25 cool mist humidifier at walgreens and that will work good
fuck the cool must humidifiers. Go with an ultrasonic one.

I had a cool mist one and it requires a filter (at least $7 each time) and you have to replace them often. The last time I ran mine for a little less than two weeks and noticed the filter was growing a significant amount of mold when i went to clean the unit out.

Ultrasonic one works great and will bring your rh up as high as you want it and it also does it with cool air so no raise in temps. The most I do with this one is clean it with vinegar every two weeks and also sanitize it with bleach every two weeks.

What is your HUMIDITY percentage?
What is your F° or C° temp?
What kind of soil are you using?
What is the size of your box?
What is your box?
Do you have air flow?
What is your lighting schedule?
And nothings wrong with the sprout. She just has too much moisturein the soil which indeed will cause it problems which means problems for your confidence of becoming good and strategic at growing. Are you researching?

yes I've been doing tons of research and took notes but I figured it was cause of the soil being to moist wen I feed her I'm waiting on my fox farm soil and nutrients to arrive when I get those things I will be in way better shape to make her grow healthy but I actually got the humidity to about 45 and temp is at 75 had to put sum holes on the lid of the tub and I got a lil fan to blow hot air out now

Yea seems like you're stepping lightly. What i would do if your going to use FFOF which Im using... Id used the Happy Frog for the rest of the veg stage. That way you are existing out of the seed starter into the medium strength soil mix and not directly into the full strength. Then as you implement your ONCE A WEEK SAME DAY FEED and your ONCE A WEEK WATER, you will have NO problems. Dont confuse one water a week as just that. When you feed once a week and water once a week youre actually watering twice. Most New Growers (respectfully) dont realize that they are over watering by watering every other day. This is how root rot and salt build ups abound. This kind of schedule never fails.

actually if you are in air pots or fabric pots that are smaller than 5 gallons, they need watered every other day many times, especially during flower.

it really depends on the environmental factors such as heat, air circulation, humidity, if he adds extra perlite (suggested but not absolutely needed, would follow the previous advice of 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of medium), etc.

You can't just set a schedule for watering, you must know the plants well enough to know what they need when they need it. Not give them what you want when you feel like it.

I also never time my feeding schedule. If the top inch or so feels dry, I water, and I water generously.

What I say WORKS. Do you notice I never judge another persons method?! I observe and when I see a flaw in some mixed up kids mind I dont point fingers I simply give my strategies and methods as a choice to pick from. But Ima stop doin it because I dont like when a corney cannabis bum shoot at what I do with my plants. My plants respect me. And they never get sick or lose color.

I wasn't entering a pissing match.

I have worked with fabric pots and if i followed that schedule I would be worse off than I am (I was watering every other day and still have underwatering symptoms if you want to know the truth).

I hope you can get over whatever problem you're having and realize I wasn't trying to "judge" your method. I was simply stating the truth, whether you want to believe it or not. No need to whine about it or start more threads whining about it. Good god, dude.

Looks good and healthy. Dont over water her. They love a good drought period so those roots can stretch out and find the water. Then a good drink and repeat. Go at least 3-4 days without watering until you can feel the lightness of the pot dried up mostly.
