wow those babies are looking juicy...that middle one looks dope all symmetrical and ish..where u at i wanna cop a bag..thats my favorite kind of bud

you can use your hps whenever you are ready your plants will love the extra light if you can keep temps down...you want your plants bushy use a mh conversion bulb..blue spectrum causes green color,bushiness and nodes together,using the red spectrum will make it leggy and spread the nodes further apart..
 
but I'm building a clone/mother box this weekend and wonder what kind of CFL's I should use for a space about 2' deep - 3.5' wide - 4' tall, or could i just use a regular fluorescent tube?[/quote]

you will be good with floros or cfls for a mother clone box..all you need is a 125 cfl or a 4 bulb fixture for floros..
 
Alright guys... Finally have an update for you. I just switched em to 12/12 yesterday, hopefully they show sex soon so I can get the males out of there and make more room for the ladies. I built a clone box and took clones from each plant, hopefully they live... I wanna get a mother and keep this strain. Check out the new photos, let me know what you all think...

yep that's big bud alright, fast growers they are. yours looks like they are doing very well, nice Job!!

just a question
why grow big bud which was bred to produce maximum medium quality buds only a foot or so and then flower
wouldnt it be better to get say skywalker or northern lights if theyre gonna be small anyways and have true A+ quality buds?

Yea man... uhh.. I got those cause they said it was an easy strain to grow and get a good yield... I already have other seeds on order... Had to start somewhere right..
 
Soooo.... turns out all my plants are female, I was counting on at least 6 of em males... Now I have 16 plants in a 3x3 space... what should I do? leave em or cull the weakest ones?

i had 4 boys 3 girls :(

sorry don't have an answer to your question though, i'm a noob :(

good luck though! keep doing what you're doing!
 
they wont be monsters so youll probably have enough room
i wouldnt kill any females ... ever. keep em i dont see a reason to throw out the weakest ones theyre all gonna produce flowers
