Changing lightbulbs in a 400w floodlight

Hey RIU people! Newbie grower here.
I was thinking of buying a Firefly venus series 400w MH floodlight for veg and i was wondering if it was possible to substitute to a 400w HPS lightbulb for flowering? I have 0 experience with HID grow lights and im unsure if it would be compatible or not. I tried asking the sales person but from what it looked like, he seemed unsure himself. I would really appreciate comments or suggestions from anyone with experience with floodlights. Cheers!

Attatched below are images of similar floodlights.
Much thanks!

mh won't run hps unless you ad an ignitor, and most mh ballasts aren't prewired to add an ignitor.

check 1000bulbs.com if you're not afraid to do a little assembly, less than 100$ for a ballast and bulb, and can be wired with 14g extension cord wire (can be purchased by the foot at lowes).

What about if i go straight to HPS floodlights? I've read that HPS does a pretty decent job for veg as well
