Hi,

Can't seem to find the answer to these in searches.

Will growing a seedling under a dual spectrum 300w globe (this is a CFL globe with both blue and red - 4 loops are blue and 4 loops are red) cause a feminised auto flowering seed to turn hermie?

Thanks

The quick answer is no.

Stress and flowering for way too long are the biggest cause of hermi, it is also a natural survival mechanism with in the plants D.N.A.

thanks - i've read quite a bit and they say the last thing you wanna do with the auto's is stress them out at all - they have such short cycles any interruptions result in issues

not even going to transplant and just gonna run them at 18/6 or 20/4 for full life - not sure which yet

these dual spec lights are superior for the autoflowering put them 20/4 to get best resultsView attachment 1453397
ive got the second auto on the go and won't do a 3th i dont think they produce enough for the time of energy you put into it good for outdoors
try to get cuttings and set up a little nft or so never the less they smoke great so good luck
