cfl and halogen

story guys first time growin wouldnd mind a bit of info help ah I am startin the veg sage of my green with cfls and was planning to use halogen400w for the flowering stage did any of ye guys ever try this are can anybody help me out thans guys..

23W Walmart brand warm white CFLs for flowering. You can make your own reflectors with steel flashing from LOWES. Cut them, sand them a bit and paint flat white. Cheapest grow ever and you will get some decent bud.
