I think what RM is saying is that if you are already routinely using a humic product + kelp separately, CytoPlus is of interest because it combines the two products and simplifies things. a.k.a. you don't have to keep using kelp if you are using cytoplus routinely.

Thanks a lot. I don't foliar feed though. Im kinda looking at price and application rates. I wish it didn't matter but right now it does. Unless my math is off it looks like you get a lot more of the TM-7 for less than the rest. Of course Im just going off the website. Maybe I can find it cheaper somewhere else.

As far as I know, the kelp and humic/fulvic, DO in fact "work together" as it were, by acting as catalysts in opposite ways...

The humic will "increase" the plants internal metabolism(really by stimulating soil life, and increasing the C.E.C.), while the seaweed provides highly bio-available nutrients and cytokinins that stimulate cellular growth.

When you use concentrated aloe do you mix up like a gallon or so and keep it or does it have to be used right away? I was just reading online and was trying to figure out how I would measure and mix it.

it doesn't keep....just like fresh aloe where you have about 20 minutes before the goodies start to disappear

here is how the conversion breaks down:

it is called 200x because if you mix 1 gram of the powder with 199 grams water you will get a liquid that is effectively the same as store bought aloe juice (such as LOTD) or fresh aloe. if you did this you would end up with ~ 14 tablespoons (200ml) of liquid (remembering that 1g of h2o = 1 ml) - enough to make between 4 and 5 gallons of ready-to-use aloe water @ the proper dilution (2-3TBS per gallon). here is the formula I use, roughly, to get the proper dilution:

1 1/4 tsp powder = 5 gallons of h2o
1 tsp powder = 4 gallons h2o
1/2 tsp powder = 2 galllons h2o
1/4 tsp powder = 1 gallon h2o

i don't bother trying to measure anything out below 1/4 tsp lol

cann whats the recipe for fresh aloe off the plant? i just rooted some leaves and I just put 2 more leaves into soil to root. All the aloe juice and powder I can find locally all have citric acid and some benzo something or other in them too..

Are you guys using the aloe during watering as well as a foliar, and how often are you guys applying the foliar? From what i've read it seems that alot of folks are doing it 1X per week, just wondering if you guys are using less or more.

I foliar 3x a week and drench with aloe, ful-power, kelp, silica, and coconut almost everyday.
