He's not wrong. The Tea Party lawmakers are doing everything they can to limit or completely do away with medical cannabis programs in several states. Which includes New Mexico. Our Tea Party governor wants to end the program even though it doesn't cost the state a dime. She says there are alternatives already available which are provided by pharmaceutical companies.

What about Oklahoma's new law on hash? Montana is being hit hard. California is fighting bill after bill introduced to limit the medical program as is Colorado. Other states are increasing penalties and jail time for possession and distribution. Raids have started up again. It's an all out assault.

SB420 protects us citizens here in California. Don't think the people here will let that happen. Raids are not starting in CA Obama ordered the federal government to follow state law in CA.

Please stand up and fight for Full Horticultural rights for Cannabis.

None of us can breed new strains or grow out old to make fresh seeds if we are limited to 5x5 or 10x10

We cannot have all our male, female and clones in one place all the time.
Any law that states we must put all our plants in one place or go to jail is plainly screwed up prohibition.

Horticulture for all first Commerce second.

Fight for your right to grow and breed, seeds save and clone in the space you see fit as a gardener.

Dud it's legalization

Look I know how hard it is to promote full legalization of a grow site.

Have a nice day. Why not go run some place who ever you are.. How is you Mom?

She sounds nice.

Think about this.. Why is it so hard to get grow site people to support Cannabis Horticulture for all?

That has been explained to you in detail, ad nauseam, in every thread you've posted about THIS STUPID TOPIC. Go back and read them. Stop spamming other threads.

You are so right. We face a fight from the No Cannabis people and the For Profit Cannabis people.

I feel the pain with you.

You know that being in possession of a grinder with a Keif screen and some bud powder in the catch qualifies as hash in Oklahoma?

Possible life sentence.

We all need to step up and fight each and every day. Not only for our own selfish profits but for the freedom of the future people.

I'll tell you again Ernst, there is no legal difference between horticulture and commerce in the United States of Amercia.

There is a difference for California voters.
I believe they see a difference between selling weed and growing it for yourself.
Now on the federal scale, production is production but, we stand little chance of changing Federal law with a California Initiative.
I have always been California centric. I believe you are Federal centric. Am I wrong?

I live in a No county where legal sales will happen only when the farmers control it as far as I know. They may go for the non-profit horticulture if it forbids commercial for profit sales.
I am exploring that right now. I am waiting for a letter to the editor of a local paper which pitches the idea for the No people to support private production.

We shall see.. The law can be as we want it with the initiative process.

There is room for us all.

Why don't the people who buy their cannabis deserve rights too? You know, the majority of people...

Like I just wrote a Man has to stand for what he believes in.

Cannabis freedom for all Californian's? Self Promoting?

I know none of you answer the questions I raise so I don't expect a reply.

Be Well.

How can it be "cannabis freedom for all Californian's" when you completely ignore the rights of the people who buy their cannabis? They make up the majority.
