Did you see hobbes' answer to your question in your other thread? He gave you some good links. You should use a strain that has a flowering time that will finish before the date on the frost chart which is on the first page of this thread. Peakseedsbc.com has northern lights with 8-9 week flowering time.

My question is when does flowering stage start? looking at the link Cracker posted 12-12 in toronto doesn't start untill late september. I understand that you will subtract some time for sunrise sunset so I'm thinking mid August? Does that seem right? Count 8-9 weeks from mid august and if your frost date falls after then you should be fine? Does that even make sense? I'm to high for this

No, it makes sense. Then again...you may indeed be too high...

I just used this because it's from the main page, and sun wise...it's about the same.

So you are all good to go right now for veg growth, depending on your temps. You are gaining sun each day.

Now outdoor plants don't adhere to a strict light schedule as indoor grows do...so about June 21st ( I didn't look up the actual date for your area), each day will have less sunlight. This, more than anything will start to turn the plants to flowering.

So I bought one of those fold up shovels at Canadian Tire today and went for a hike with my dog after lunch. When I get to my clearing I plunge it into the ground and the thing bends like a limp dick. Not one hole dug and this was no easy walk either, swampy mess, wet almost to my balls, inhaling bugs the whole way as I go.

Moral of the story, don't buy a fold up shovel. I was planning on buying one of those half shovels but thought the fold up one looked ok and I could put in my backback, big mistake.

Still nobody else with plants out eh? I'm taking my mothers out to my buddy's farm this weekend, think I'll wait for another week or two for my clones
