Canadian mj resorts?

So my question is do you guys think a cottage resort or bed and breakfast that caters to mj "patients" would work or am i out to lunch?
Because of the mj status in canada with all the laws in limbo the inly way to do it would be to only allows quests with current licences and paperwork. 18plus obviously.
But do you guys think patients would be willing to spend a little bit of money for the right to walk around a resort environment using mj out in the open?
We havent decided either multiple mini cabins for weekly rental or a bed and breakfast style nightly.
What kind of entertainment and activities?
I cant speak for my buddy but id rather make 100$ helping someone truly smile and enjoy themselves instead of making 1000 babysitting college kids

Don't be so negative, maaan. You don't need a business plan and money, you just need good ideas! Build it an they will cum! He's going to build a profitable resort (but not TOO profitable) by manifesting it! Prosperity Now!

Been looking for land for the last yr or so.
I have a couple people willing to invest, we are trying to keep the land to under 200k
I want at least ten acres with 2-300ft of water frontage.
We havent decided on location but we know we will be north of the pricey
Muskoka areas.
All in up and running i would say 500k

Ive gone and looked at 20 plus pieces of land for sale.
200k buys more than most people think.
Now granted none of those were exactly what we are looking for but could have worked.
Problem is now with all my drs appointments and slow movin days i cant get out often to go look.

central eastern Ontario...land o lakes...2.5 hours from TO and same from Ottawa....
happen to have 100 acre's there...but its family land....between my brothers and myself
not a lot of local infrastructure...though
land reasonable.priced

Even just 10 acres of waterfront would be way over 200k. If you really want to create a business, you're going to need to deal with constructive criticism a little better than this. We're just trying to point out your numbers are wishful.

that's where innovation comes from. i love the idea. please let us know if it gets off the ground. I would be interested for sure....adult only though. if it's MMJ or Rec MJ, it could be viewed as bad if kids can get in

Ok i have no problem with you and your critisms.
I do however have an issue with people not reading and turning nothing into something.
I wasnt asking anyone for fukin mortgage advice or to know your current quess about property prices.
If i wanted someone giving me grief about money id call my accountant.
I was curious if anyone would be interested in such a resort and what features would be important.

Its also a break from the normal conversations on here about which lp sucks most or how dumb the government is
