can you use saltwater

to water your plants? i heard that using salt water is better than just water. is the salt a good source of nutes or something? i think using saltwater would dehydrate your plants, but what do i know this is my first grow. thanks for all comments and advice.

im pretty sure it would be bad for your plants some tap water has to be filtered first if too HARD as they say saltwater is very hard

you flush your soil to remove build up of salt
so i'd say no, unless its seaweed your growin

You can use epsom salts for mg deficiency, but that is as far as I would go.

not the same as seawater dude,

HELL NO don't use salt water.
Like Oneton said you flush out excess salts from just regular nutes. Salt is baad for the plants.

If the goal is to kill your plants as fast as possible, by all means, use saltwater.
