hi, i was just wondering because i remember as i kid if you pick a flower and put it in a vase with water and a few drops of food coloring after a while the flower will start to turn that color. i was just curious if you water your pot plant with colored water, will the leaves/bud begin to turn that color?

Would you like to smoke some chemical that you added to the bud just to color it?
Do you know whether the chemical coloring is safe to burn and inhale?
Why would you consider risking your health?

yea, fdd tried this and me and a medical friend tried this. it does work and is really quite easy, but it taste like absolute shit, and is a very harsh crackly smoke. i wouldnt even bother. Maybe if you were going to just sell it but then i wouldnt sell to anyone anywhere that would be ably to track you down cuz they are probly gona be pissed lol

In the last 2 weeks of flower if you let the temps drop low in the dark hours you can get some color. There is a great thread on here about that if you can find it.

smucker g is correct, any temp below about 60 degrees will cause a slight purple tinting, it begins in the stems and then the leaves but up north almost all the outdoor grows turn purple just from the temps during flowering, it is really cool to see. i forget exactly what its called but ive read about it here too before.
