OK heres what i would like to know.

So if you have some nice females going and comes time to harvest, once you harvest what you are going to harvest, can you put the lights back to 16/8 and have new growths? Then take those and be able to clone it?

So basically I'm asking if you can clone after your done with the plant, and know what ones you like best?

Also on another note can you clone a cloned plant?

Yes, you can do what is called "re-vegging", but you NEED to leave enough leaves and foliar material for the plant to continue to metabolize the light. So yes, as long as you leave enough healthy green leafy plant material, it will re-grow and you can takie clones off it. Keep in mind it can take up to a month to start showing new growth, but as long as the foliar material doesn't die, your chances are good.

But I would recommend 20/4 for the re-veg, or at least 18/6...16/8 probably would make for a slower re-vegging process.

it takes about 2 months before you can put it back in flowering, when it starts growing again about 30-40 days later, it can grow FAST and FURIOUS. And I have tried with shorter light cycle than 18 hours (outside) and it didnt work, I think the best way to reveg is 20-4. But you must know that revegging can sometimes bring a very undesirable trait, Hermies!! I have revegged twice not for clone but to reflower, I never let them long enough in the reveg process (I am impatient...) but it worked both time, and both time got better yield the second time around.
