Can i veg my plants on a open shelf in my garage?

I got plenty of cfl's and two fans,planning on putting them in a huge cabinet for flowering.any thoughts would be helpful.thanks

sure why not! lots of light will be waisted to the sides, but as long as they are close to the bulbs you will be ok.

yhea they will be fine but could be alot better if you somehow close them inside of something but dont let it get to hotttt
